Learning & Participation

Our Learning and Participation programmes bring fun, creative workshops into schools and community spaces, where young people can build confidence, connect with others and explore the world around them. Participants often describe feeling “happy”, “excited” and “more confident”, with many saying the experience “brightened my day”, while teachers call it “an absolutely wonderful experience” that encourages young people to step outside their comfort zones. By combining artistic expression with environmental themes, our work supports young people to process their thoughts and feelings, particularly around climate anxiety, while cultivating a sense of environmental stewardship and hope. This blend of creativity, connection and shared experience plays a vital role in supporting positive mental health and wellbeing, explore our Impact Report to learn more.

In Rehearsals

No Plan Bee wouldn’t exist without the incredible support of local cultural venues. A huge thank you to Hartlepool Borough Council, Creative Hartlepool, and Dance City for providing in-kind rehearsal space and backing this work from the ground up.
